Hilbert College Undergraduate Application

Admissions for all students matriculating into a degree program is based upon past academic performance and demonstrated scholastic ability. In all cases, students are considered for admissions without regard to their age, race, creed, sex, ethnic background, or physical handicap. Some students may be asked to come for an interview to discuss their educational plans more thoroughly. Hilbert College has a rolling admissions policy and will accept applications for consideration up until the beginning of each term. Early application is encouraged as it ensures top consideration for institutional aid and residential options.

An application will not be complete until all required official transcripts have been received. Application materials should be sent to the Office of Admissions.

    For First Time College Students:

    Please request an official high school transcript be sent to the Office or Admissions at Hilbert College. If a GED has been received, please provide an official copy of the certificate and the test scores.

    For College Transfer Students:

    Please request an official transcript from all colleges or universities that you have attended, be sent to the Office of Admissions at Hilbert College. Additionally, you are also required to submit an official copy of your high school transcripts or GED.

Ethnicity and Race Information

The federal government has changed the way that schools track and report student’s ethnicity. Hilbert College has updated their data collection to reflect this new reporting standard. You can now declare more than one ethnicity. It is important to note that you are not required to report any ethnic or race information. In addition, any information reported to the federal government concerning ethnicity and race is aggregate information only. Individual information is never released.
