Self Service E-Mail Assistant

This page allows you to easily use your E-mail application to send messages to your selected population from Hilbert College Self-Service.

Steps:

  1. Press the “Copy” button below to copy the list of e-mail addresses to send a message to.
  2. Open and login to your Hilbert email client, such as Outlook or Outlook Web Access.
  3. Create a new message.
  4. Paste the previously copied e-mail addresses to the TO: or BCC: field for the new message.
  5. Complete your message and send it as normal.

If you have your default E-mail client already defined on your system, you may be able to click this to automatically launch your E-mail application and start a new E-mail message.
